Louise Farrakhan
I am not a member of Islam, however, I have much respect for The Honorable Louise Farrakhan. The personality trait that best describes him would be Conscientiousness. This is the state of being thorough, careful, or vigilant. This is one of the traits of the Big Five Theory of personality, and is manifested in characteristic behaviors such as being efficient, organized, neat, and systematic. It includes such elements as self-discipline, carefulness, thoroughness, self-organization, the tendency to think carefully before acting, and need for achievement.
